4-Day Meal Prep: Parmesan-Crusted Potatoes & Steak Bites

Ingredients
- 2 lb top sirloin beef, cubed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb russet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 lb broccoli florets
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Toss potatoes, peppers, broccoli, seasoning & olive oil together. Spread on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 360°F for 1 hr 15 min — low & slow = crispy perfection. At the 1-hour mark, sprinkle on Parmesan and bake for the final 15 minutes.
- Season cubed steak & sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until cooked to your liking.
- For the creamy sauce: heat milk, cream cheese & seasonings on medium-low until slightly thickened.
