  1. Add all dry powdered ingredients into bowl. Mix to avoid clumping.
  2. Slowly add cold water and mix till you get a thick frosting consistency. The faster you mix, the smoother and thicker it will get.
  3. Add in your mix-ins except the marshmallow bits. They will get soggy. And for the OREO one, save 2 OREO thins for after the freezer.
  4. Add bowl to freezer till edges are frozen. About an hour. This will thicken up the cookie dough a ton.
  5. Then after freezer, add the rest of your mix ins and mix. Then enjoy!
