431 Cal Protein Cookie Dough (Chocolate Chip & OREO)

Ingredients
- 30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 30g Powdered PB
- 8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 5g Zero Cal Sweetener
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Dash of Ground Cinnamon
- 5g Cookie Butter Emulsion
- 15g Mini Chocolate Chips
- 10g Cacao Nibs
- 5g Marshmallow Bits
- 40g Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
- 20g Black Cocoa Powder
- 8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 6g Zero Cal Sweetener
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 4 OREO Thins
- 5g Marshmallow Bits
Instructions
- Add all dry powdered ingredients into bowl. Mix to avoid clumping.
- Slowly add cold water and mix till you get a thick frosting consistency. The faster you mix, the smoother and thicker it will get.
- Add in your mix-ins except the marshmallow bits. They will get soggy. And for the OREO one, save 2 OREO thins for after the freezer.
- Add bowl to freezer till edges are frozen. About an hour. This will thicken up the cookie dough a ton.
- Then after freezer, add the rest of your mix ins and mix. Then enjoy!
