  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, butter, and lemon juice. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake until cooked through.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken.
  5. Grate cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  6. In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onions and garlic until softened.
  7. Add whole spices and toast for a minute.
  8. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  9. Stir in heavy cream and milk, then blend until smooth.
  10. Add honey and blend again.
  11. Add shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well.
  12. Stir in kasuri methi and parsley.
  13. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  14. In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked macaroni, then half of the butter chicken mixture, and half of the grated cheese.
  15. Repeat layers with remaining macaroni, butter chicken mixture, and cheese.
  16. Top with bread crumbs and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
  17. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
