Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, butter, and lemon juice. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake until cooked through.
- Shred the cooked chicken.
- Grate cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onions and garlic until softened.
- Add whole spices and toast for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Stir in heavy cream and milk, then blend until smooth.
- Add honey and blend again.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- Stir in kasuri methi and parsley.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked macaroni, then half of the butter chicken mixture, and half of the grated cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining macaroni, butter chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
