Anti-inflammatory Mango Chia Pudding
Description: Anti-inflammatory mango chia pudding, designed for ovulation. This recipe is simple to make and can be topped with coconut cream and more mango.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbs sweetener (honey recommended)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- a tiny pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- Coconut cream
- More mango
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except chia seeds.
- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to thicken.
- Top with a dollop of coconut cream and more mango, if desired.
