Bagel Breakfast Sandwich Hack

Ingredients
- olive oil
- red onion
- green chili
- bell peppers
- tomato
- salt
- black pepper
- turmeric
- coriander powder
- paprika
- garam masala
- eggs
- gouda cheese
- bagel
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add diced red onion and green chili and cook until softened.
- Add chopped bell peppers and tomatoes, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder, paprika, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs over the vegetables in the pan.
- Cook until the eggs are almost set.
- Place two halves of a bagel on top of the egg mixture.
- Flip the entire mixture over to cook the bagels.
- Add a slice of gouda cheese on top of one bagel half.
- Flip the other bagel half on top to create a sandwich.
- Trim off any excess egg mixture hanging from the sides.
- Serve and enjoy.
