Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups oats
- 1/4 cup collagen
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 24-27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
