Biscoff Tiramisu

Description: A delicious no-bake Biscoff tiramisu made with cream, mascarpone, Biscoff spread, and espresso-soaked Biscoff biscuits.

Instructions

  1. Whip together the cream and sugar. Fold in mascarpone and biscoff (make sure you don’t over mix).
  2. Dip 2 biscuits at a time in the espresso and add to a dish. Once the base is covered add a layer of the biscoff mixture. Repeat this.
  3. Drizzle with some extra melted biscoff and add crushed biscoff cookies.
  4. Leave in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Enjoy!
