Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and the stems into small pieces.
  2. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Reserve some broccoli water and drain the rest.
  4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add the cooked broccoli to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked farfalle pasta, grated Parmesan cheese, and mascarpone cheese.
  9. Add some reserved pasta water and stir until the sauce is creamy.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
