Bruschetta Deluxe
Description: Bruschetta Deluxe that brings summer to your home and is quick to make! Perfect for grilling days and relaxing in the sun.
Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 60 g Pesto Genovese (store-bought or homemade)
- 60 g Ricotta
- 1 kg Fresh tomatoes
- ½ Onion (white or red)
- 1 Clove garlic
- Handful fresh basil
- 2 TL Sugar
- Salt
- 3 EL Balsamic glaze
- 30 g Pine nuts
- 30 g Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) with top/bottom heat.
- Vertically halve the ciabatta, then cut horizontally into thirds. Place the six slices on a baking sheet, brush with 2/3 of the olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- For the bruschetta mix, finely dice the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Chop the basil, mix everything with the remaining olive oil, and season with sugar and salt.
- Spread the baked ciabatta slices with pesto and ricotta. Distribute the tomato topping over them and garnish with balsamic glaze, pine nuts, and Parmesan. Enjoy fresh.
