  1. Step 1
  2. Take your organic merlot (the wine highest in the antioxidant resveratrol) and add to a large saucepan
  3. Step 2
  4. Add sliced organic lemons to the wine
  5. Step 3
  6. Cut two organic oranges in half and press cloves into the skin before adding to the pan
  7. Step 4
  8. Add the 5 tea bags of Pukka Vanilla Chai or Original Chai to the pan along with some grated nutmeg
  9. Step 5
  10. Warm the mixture gently making sure that it doesn't boil
  11. Step 6
  12. Add the three tablespoons of brown sugar and gently heat for 15 minutes
  13. Step 7
  14. Ladle into glasses and say cheers to the festive season!
