  1. Brown ground beef with seasonings.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions (or prepare low-carb noodle substitute).
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with some mozzarella cheese and seasonings.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture onto each cooked lasagna noodle.
  6. Roll up each noodle and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Top the rolls with more marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
