Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken breast
- 4.5 tsp corn starch
- 2 medium onions
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 4.5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 4.5 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into 2-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, corn starch, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and white vinegar.
- Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken pieces one by one until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove fried chicken and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
- In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped bell peppers and onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce to the pan.
- Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
