  1. Cut chicken breast into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, corn starch, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and white vinegar.
  3. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry chicken pieces one by one until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove fried chicken and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
  7. In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add chopped bell peppers and onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  9. Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce to the pan.
  10. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  11. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  12. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  13. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
