Chicken Parm Lasagna

Ingredients
- 12 lightly breaded frozen chicken breasts
- 1360g (2 Jars) Carbone Vodka sauce
- 900g (32oz) 2% Cottage cheese
- 420g (15oz) no-boil lasagna sheets
- 400g (14oz) reduced fat mozzarella
- 100g (3.5oz) parmigiano reggiano
Instructions
- Preheat oven.
- Layer ingredients in a 15x11x3 inch roasting pan.
- Spread a layer of vodka sauce at the bottom.
- Add a layer of no-boil lasagna sheets.
- Spread a layer of cottage cheese.
- Arrange chicken breasts over the cottage cheese.
- Top with mozzarella and parmigiano reggiano.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Let rest before slicing and serving.
