- soaked Kashmiri red chilies
- garlic cloves
- oil
- chopped onions
- chopped carrots
- chopped green beans
- chili garlic paste
- chopped bell peppers (capsicum)

- cooked rice
- fried paneer cubes
Instructions
- Soak Kashmiri red chilies and garlic cloves, then grind them into a coarse paste.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- Add chopped onions and sauté.
- Add chopped carrots and green beans, and sauté.
- Add the chili garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add chopped bell peppers and salt.
- Add cooked rice and fried paneer cubes.
