Cookie Dough Protein Bars
Description: Easy no-bake cookie dough protein bars topped with chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground almonds, protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a mini muffin tin or silicone mold, filling each cup about halfway.
- Flatten the top of each dough ball with a spoon or your fingers.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and pour a thin layer over the top of each cookie dough bar.
- Place in the refrigerator or freezer until firm. Enjoy!
