Cottage Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Muffin batter
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, oil, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
