Creamy Buldak Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 pack Buldak ramen
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- Optional: 1 tbsp heavy cream (for extra richness)
- Buldak seasoning packet
- Water
- Finely chopped green onions
- Chili oil (Lao Gan Ma or homemade)
- Crispy bacon (optional but highly recommended)
Instructions
- Boil 2–3 cups of water and cook the ramen noodles for 4–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, Kewpie mayo and Buldak seasoning until smooth.
- Slowly add about 1 cup of the hot noodle water into the bowl, stirring constantly to create a silky, creamy broth. Go little by little and adjust the consistency to your taste.
- Add the cooked noodles and mix well until everything is coated.
- Finish with green onions and a generous drizzle of chili oil.
