  1. Boil 2–3 cups of water and cook the ramen noodles for 4–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, Kewpie mayo and Buldak seasoning until smooth.
  3. Slowly add about 1 cup of the hot noodle water into the bowl, stirring constantly to create a silky, creamy broth. Go little by little and adjust the consistency to your taste.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and mix well until everything is coated.
  5. Finish with green onions and a generous drizzle of chili oil.
