  2. Sear the cabbage wedges in a hot skillet with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Transfer the seared cabbage to a baking dish.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add chopped shallots and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, chili oil, and oregano.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Pour the sauce over the cabbage in the baking dish.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the cabbage is super soft, tender, and melty.
