Creamy Garlic Chicken & Spinach Wrap

Ingredients
- 140g of Chicken Breast, raw
- 2 bacon medallions, chopped
- 1tsp Garlic Granules
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large Garlic Clove, minced
- 60g of Spinach Leaves
- 50g light Cream Cheese
- 30g Mozzarella, grated
- 10g Parmesan, grated
- 1 Flour Tortilla Wrap
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Dice up your chicken into bite-sized chunks. Add to a pan with your chopped bacon and cooking spray. Add in the garlic granules, a good pinch of salt and pepper, and cook over a medium heat for about 6 or 7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked through.
- Once the chicken and bacon are cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. Spray the same pan with a little more oil spray and add in the spinach. Cook for about 30 seconds, then add in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until soft.
- When the spinach is cooked, add it to a bowl with your cooked chicken and bacon. Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix it all together well.
- To assemble your wrap: lay the chicken mixture across the middle of the tortilla and fold it up like a burrito or as desired.
- Spray the outside of the wrap with a little olive oil spray. Pan-fry for a few minutes or air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the outside is golden and crispy.
