  1. Dice up your chicken into bite-sized chunks. Add to a pan with your chopped bacon and cooking spray. Add in the garlic granules, a good pinch of salt and pepper, and cook over a medium heat for about 6 or 7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked through.
  2. Once the chicken and bacon are cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. Spray the same pan with a little more oil spray and add in the spinach. Cook for about 30 seconds, then add in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until soft.
  3. When the spinach is cooked, add it to a bowl with your cooked chicken and bacon. Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix it all together well.
  4. To assemble your wrap: lay the chicken mixture across the middle of the tortilla and fold it up like a burrito or as desired.
  5. Spray the outside of the wrap with a little olive oil spray. Pan-fry for a few minutes or air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the outside is golden and crispy.
