  2. Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry pork chops for about 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  8. Pour in chicken broth and whisk until smooth.
  9. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  10. Season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  11. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
  12. Serve pork chops over mashed potatoes and spoon sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
