Creamy Sriracha & Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 8 sausages (skins taken off and broken)
- 1tbs garlic granules
- 1tbs smoked paprika
- 1/2tbs oregano
- 2tsp garlic purée or 2 cloves garlic
- 2tbs tomato purée
- 2 tbs sriracha
- 1tsp chilli oil (or to taste) - optional
- 120ml single cream (e.g. elmlea light)
- Pasta water
- Salt to taste
- Chilli
- Parsley
Instructions
- Pop your pasta into boil with a good amount of salt.
- Meanwhile fry your sausages until they’re broken into pieces and going crispy.
- Then add in the herbs and spices and cook for a minute or so.
- Then add in the garlic and tomato purée. Cook for another few minutes.
- Then add in the sriracha, chilli oil and cream. Cook for another minute.
- Add in the cooked pasta, adding pasta water until it’s the perfect consistency.
- Garnish with chilli and parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.
