Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Poke holes in the skin of the pork belly with a meat tenderizer.
  2. Season the skin generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap the pork belly in foil, ensuring the skin is exposed.
  4. Place the pork belly in a dish and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
  6. Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket.
  7. Drizzle with a little oil.
  8. Air fry for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
  9. Remove from air fryer and place on a baking tray.
  10. Brush the skin with vinegar.
  11. Sprinkle generously with coarse sea salt, ensuring the skin is covered.
  12. Return to the air fryer and cook at 190 degrees Celsius for another 20 minutes, or until the skin is crackled and golden brown.
  13. Remove from air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  14. Remove the excess salt from the skin.
  15. Slice and serve.
