Crispy Air Fryer Taquitos

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave with a damp paper towel for 15-20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Place about 1/4 cup of filling on each tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and secure with a toothpick.
- Brush both sides of the taquitos with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place taquitos in the air fryer basket, in batches if necessary, ensuring they don't overlap.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
