  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally.
  2. Set up a breading station: one dish with seasoned flour (salt, pepper, garlic powder), one with egg wash (4 eggs), and one with Italian breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken cutlet first in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally coat generously with Italian breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat approximately 1 cup of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully place the breaded chicken cutlets in the hot oil and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove cutlets from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Add salt to taste immediately after cooking.
