Crispy Chicken Caesar Cutlets

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast (slice in half)
- Flour (season with salt, pepper, & garlic powder)
- Egg wash (4 eggs)
- Italian breadcrumbs
- Olive oil (approx. 1 cup)
- Caesar salad kit
- Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally.
- Set up a breading station: one dish with seasoned flour (salt, pepper, garlic powder), one with egg wash (4 eggs), and one with Italian breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken cutlet first in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally coat generously with Italian breadcrumbs.
- Heat approximately 1 cup of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the breaded chicken cutlets in the hot oil and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove cutlets from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Add salt to taste immediately after cooking.
- Serve the crispy chicken cutlets topped with Parmesan cheese, a portion of the Caesar salad kit, more Parmesan cheese, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
