Crispy Soy Honey Garlic Butter Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4oz chicken breast
- Flour
- Egg
- Crushed corn flakes
- Light butter
- Minced garlic
- Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar blend
- Honey
- 1/4 cup water
- Light sour cream
- Sriracha
- Ciabatta bread
- 1 whole cucumber
- Several slices of red onion
- Avocado oil
- Hot sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated garlic
- Parsley
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- For the chicken: Dredge in flour, egg, then crushed corn flakes. Air fry at 385F for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
- For the garlic butter soy sauce: In a pan, add light butter, minced garlic, light soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar blend, honey, and 1/4 cup water. Reduce down to a thickened sauce.
- For the light sour cream mixture: Mix light sour cream with sriracha.
- For the cucumber salad: Combine 1 whole cucumber, several slices of red onion, avocado oil, hot sauce, salt, pepper, grated garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Shake and enjoy.
