Dill Pickle Dip
Description: This dill pickle dip recipe is creamy, rich and full of fresh flavor! It's a relatively healthy homemade dip that's ready in 10 minutes. This dip is perfect for game day watch parties or a fun snack. Recipe yields about 3 1/2 cups dip, enough for 7 to 10 servings.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces (2 cups) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ¼ cups chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons pickle brine
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Serving suggestions: Wavy potato chips, and sticks of carrot, celery or bell pepper
Instructions
- In a small serving bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped pickles, brine, dill and chives. Stir to combine, then season with a few twists of black pepper, to taste.
- Sprinkle the top lightly with chopped chives, dill and another twist of pepper. Serve as desired. Leftover pickle dip will keep well in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 4 days.
