  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
  2. Add rice to the rice cooker and fill with water to the desired level.
  3. Add chicken thighs, sliced onion, sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to a bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the chicken and onion mixture to the rice cooker.
  5. Close the lid and set the rice cooker to cook.
  6. While the rice is cooking, crack eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
  7. Once the rice is cooked, open the rice cooker and pour the whisked eggs over the mixture.
  8. Close the lid and cook for another few minutes until the eggs are set.
  9. Serve the rice in bowls and garnish with chopped scallions.
