Instructions
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
- Add rice to the rice cooker and fill with water to the desired level.
- Add chicken thighs, sliced onion, sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the chicken and onion mixture to the rice cooker.
- Close the lid and set the rice cooker to cook.
- While the rice is cooking, crack eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
- Once the rice is cooked, open the rice cooker and pour the whisked eggs over the mixture.
- Close the lid and cook for another few minutes until the eggs are set.
- Serve the rice in bowls and garnish with chopped scallions.
