  1. Pour the chickpeas into a blender.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and 3 ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the blender and add 3 tablespoons of tahini, 1 clove of garlic, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  5. Add a few more ice cubes.
  6. Blend again until very smooth and creamy.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with edible flowers.
  9. Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
