Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- a few ice cubes
- olive oil
- edible flowers
Instructions
- Pour the chickpeas into a blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and 3 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender and add 3 tablespoons of tahini, 1 clove of garlic, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Add a few more ice cubes.
- Blend again until very smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with edible flowers.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
