Easy Banana Flapjacks

Description: Easy, family favourite banana flapjacks made from scratch with no UPFs. These are a great option for kids' lunchboxes or a healthy snack. They store well for 3-4 days in an airtight container.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, dates, raisins, honey, tahini & sunflower seed butter.
  2. Mix oats, flaxseed, baking powder & salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the blended banana mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 18 x 18 cm tin.
  5. Bake at 180C / 160C fan until slightly firm to touch and crisp at the edges (around 25 minutes).
  6. Remove from oven and cut into portions while still warm.
  7. Cool completely before removing from the tin.
