  1. Sear the brisket joint in a separate pan or in the slow cooker pot if it allows until it’s brown on all sides, remove from the pan and set to the side.
  2. Add all other ingredients into the slow cooker pot and mix well, then add the beef and cover it in the sauce well.
  3. Cook on high for 7 hours, shred the beef using two forks and ENJOY!
