Easy Healthy Butter Chicken with 2-Ingredient Naan

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breast
- 75g Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (add more for more of a kick)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 50g Tomato Paste
- 80ml Light Cooking Cream
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 80g Flour
- 80g Greek Yogurt
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Dice the chicken breast and add to a bowl with the greek yogurt and seasonings.
- On a pan on a medium heat, cook the chicken.
- While the chicken is cooking, cook your rice your way (e.g., in a rice cooker).
- Once the chicken is cooked through, mix the tomato paste with some water to make a sauce.
- Add the tomato paste, cooking cream and butter into the chicken and stir.
- Plate with the rice to serve.
- Mix the flour and greek yogurt in a bowl to make a dough consistency.
- Roll out the dough to a Naan Bread shape.
- Heat a pan on a low-medium heat, with a splash of olive oil.
- Cook the naan for a minute or two per side, flipping once one side is golden.
- Serve the Butter Chicken with the Naan Bread.
