Easy Homemade Spaghetti O's with Meatballs

  1. Melt the butter in a large nonstick stock pot over medium heat. Add the tomato paste, pizza seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until the tomato paste darkens slightly in color, about 5 minutes.
  2. To the pot, add the sugar (if using), meatballs, and 5 cups of beef broth. Turn the heat to medium-high and bring it to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring often. Add more broth as needed if the sauce looks too thick.
  4. When the pasta is cooked through, shut off the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese (if using).
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding in additional broth and salt as necessary.
  6. Divide into bowls and serve immediately.
