  1. Prepare the rice.
  2. Wash rice gently.
  3. Cook rice in a rice cooker for 35 minutes.
  4. Chop the onion and carrot.
  5. Cut the pork meat into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add oil to a pan and cook the vegetables first.
  7. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  8. Add the pork and cook until done.
  9. Add half a pack of Golden Curry roux and half a pack of Kokumaro Curry roux.
  10. Pour in 600ml of water (or 750ml if using only Golden Curry).
  11. Stir until the curry roux is melted.
  12. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  13. Add 10g of butter, 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp of sugar.
  14. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the butter and sugar are completely melted.
  15. Serve the curry over rice.
