Easy Steak Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 Tb of oil
• Juice of half a lime
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of ground coriander
• 1 tsp of ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp of honey
• 2 thick steaks
• 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan
• 2 Tb of mayo
• 1 heaped Tb of Greek yogurt
• Sriracha
• Pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup of coriander
• Juice of half a lime
• 2 cobs of corn (kernels removed and dry toasted)
• 1/4 of a red onion (finely diced)
• Juice of 1 lime
• Pinch of salt
• 1 large red capsicum (diced)
• 2 avocados (diced)
• 1/2 cup of coriander
