  1. For the Glazed Chicken Thighs: Marinate chicken thighs in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Cook the chicken until done, then reduce the marinade to create a glaze.
  2. For the Rosemary Roasted Potatoes: Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender and browned.
  3. For the Steamed Green Beans: Place about one inch of water in the bottom of a sauce pot. Place a steaming basket inside, then add green beans. Place a lid on top, turn the heat on to high, and let the water boil to steam the green beans until bright green and slightly tender. Alternatively, follow the instructions for Lemon Butter Green Beans if a steamer basket is unavailable.
  4. Assemble the meal prep containers with the glazed chicken, roasted potatoes, and steamed green beans.
