  1. Fry onion with garlic until translucent.
  2. Add zucchini and fry together for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add frozen peas and bag of spinach with 1/2 cups of water. Cover with the lid and let it simmer until soft (7-10 min).
  4. In the meantime, cook pasta according to the instructions.
  5. In a blender, add fresh basil, half and half cream, lemon juice, and your cooked greens. To make it thicker, add less cream.
  6. Mix blended sauce with pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese and basil.
