Green Goddess Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 150g frozen green peas
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bag of spinach
- a small handful of fresh basil
- 70ml half and half
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bag of artisanal pasta
- Water
- Extra basil
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Fry onion with garlic until translucent.
- Add zucchini and fry together for another 5 minutes.
- Add frozen peas and bag of spinach with 1/2 cups of water. Cover with the lid and let it simmer until soft (7-10 min).
- In the meantime, cook pasta according to the instructions.
- In a blender, add fresh basil, half and half cream, lemon juice, and your cooked greens. To make it thicker, add less cream.
- Mix blended sauce with pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese and basil.
