Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spices (e.g., paprika, chili powder)
- 2 slices cheese
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, diced
- Onion, finely chopped
- Pickles, finely chopped
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Fried onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
Instructions
- Spread the ground beef evenly onto the tortillas, forming a patty shape.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.
- Place one tortilla with beef into a hot pan and cover with a lid to cook the beef.
- Once cooked, place two slices of cheese on top of the beef.
- While the beef is cooking, shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, and finely chop onion and pickles.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and chopped onion to create the sauce.
- Once the cheese has melted, carefully fold the tortilla in half to create a taco shell.
- Fill the taco shells with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of the sauce.
- Top with fried onions.
