Healthiest Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oatmeal
- salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- parsley
Instructions
- Add potatoes, egg, parmesan, cornstarch, oatmeal, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
- While the dough is baking, prepare the topping by blending garlic, parmesan, olive oil, and parsley.
- Spread the topping evenly over the baked dough.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
