  1. When seasoning the chicken, make sure it’s well seasoned by adding more spices if needed
  2. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 6-8 mins till golden brown then set aside
  3. Cook the onions and peppers for 5mins at least till soft and fragrant
  4. When adding the milk and cream cheese make sure the heat is on LOW to prevent the creamy sauce from splitting
  5. Cook the macaroni in boiling water for 7-8 mins then drain and remove
  6. After adding the macaroni and chicken back in the pan, give it all a final mix till well combined
  7. Best to reheat this in a microwave or a pan with a splash of milk to make it creamy again!
