High Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup @good_culture cottage cheese
- 2 @peteandgerrys eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- chocolate chips to taste
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend on medium speed for two minutes.
- In a separate bowl, add flour and baking powder. Then add the blended cottage cheese mixture and fold until combined.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix until combined. Add more milk if the batter looks too thick.
- Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat and add the batter.
- Flip once you see bubbles start to form on the surface.
- Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
