  1. Prepare the potatoes: Toss potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and paprika. If using, add olive oil or cooking spray. Air fry for 18-20 minutes at 200°C / 400°F, or oven bake for 20-23 minutes at 200°C.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a pan, season chicken breast with garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Lower the heat. Add milk and cream cheese to the pan with the chicken. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine and finish: Add the cooked potatoes to the pan. Mix until combined. Stir in the parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella. Cover the pan for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
