High Protein Pancake Bowls
Description: Quick and easy high protein pancake bowls for a healthy breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 50 grams Greek yogurt
- 35 grams oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 scoop vanilla ISO 100 protein powder
- 80 milliliters milk
- Maple syrup
- Chocolate chips
- Blueberries
- Almonds
- Banana
- Walnuts
- Cacao nibs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In three separate containers, combine 1 egg, 50g Greek yogurt, 35g oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 scoop vanilla ISO 100 protein powder, and 80ml milk per container.
- Whisk ingredients until smooth.
- Add your sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup).
- Divide the mixture evenly into the three containers.
- Add your desired toppings: chocolate chips for Flavor 1, blueberries and almonds for Flavor 2, banana and walnuts for Flavor 3.
- Optionally, add cacao nibs to the banana nut flavor.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
