  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In three separate containers, combine 1 egg, 50g Greek yogurt, 35g oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 scoop vanilla ISO 100 protein powder, and 80ml milk per container.
  3. Whisk ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add your sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup).
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into the three containers.
  6. Add your desired toppings: chocolate chips for Flavor 1, blueberries and almonds for Flavor 2, banana and walnuts for Flavor 3.
  7. Optionally, add cacao nibs to the banana nut flavor.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  9. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
