High Protein Spinach Dip Bowls
Description: High-protein, low-calorie, single-serve spinach dip bowls.
Ingredients
- 3-4 oz any chicken (rotisserie or canned)
- 2 Laughing Cow wedges
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS light mayo
- 1/4 tsp ranch seasoning
- Garlic + Parmesan
- Spinach (microwaved for 1 minute)
- Shredded skim mozzarella
Instructions
- Distribute chicken evenly into 3 small bowls.
- Add 2 Laughing Cow wedges to each bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt to each bowl.
- Add 1 TBS light mayo to each bowl.
- Add 1/4 tsp ranch seasoning to each bowl.
- Add garlic and Parmesan to each bowl.
- Add microwaved spinach to each bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together in each bowl.
- Top with shredded skim mozzarella.
- When ready to eat, microwave (or bake) until hot and melty.
