High Protein Spinach Dip Bowls

  1. Distribute chicken evenly into 3 small bowls.
  2. Add 2 Laughing Cow wedges to each bowl.
  3. Add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt to each bowl.
  4. Add 1 TBS light mayo to each bowl.
  5. Add 1/4 tsp ranch seasoning to each bowl.
  6. Add garlic and Parmesan to each bowl.
  7. Add microwaved spinach to each bowl.
  8. Mix all ingredients together in each bowl.
  9. Top with shredded skim mozzarella.
  10. When ready to eat, microwave (or bake) until hot and melty.
