Instructions
- Soak 2 cups of almonds in water overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
- Drain the almonds and rinse them thoroughly.
- Place the soaked almonds in a blender.
- Add 3 cups of water to the blender.
- Add honey and cinnamon powder if desired.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Strain the almond milk using a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl.
- Press down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the almond pulp or use it in other recipes.
