  6. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  7. Strain the almond milk using a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  8. Press down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
  9. Discard the almond pulp or use it in other recipes.
  10. If using chia seeds, add them to a small amount of almond milk and stir well. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  11. Add the thickened chia seed mixture back to the main batch of almond milk and stir.
