  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Let rise for 90 minutes.
  2. Fold all the corners in, then separate the dough into two and form into baguettes.
  3. Let rise for 30 minutes and preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius with a tray of water inside.
  4. Dust with flour and make three slashes, then bake for 30 minutes.
