Homemade Baguette

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup (225g) flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup (187ml) warm water
- butter
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Let rise for 90 minutes.
- Fold all the corners in, then separate the dough into two and form into baguettes.
- Let rise for 30 minutes and preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius with a tray of water inside.
- Dust with flour and make three slashes, then bake for 30 minutes.
