How to Make Riced Cauliflower

- Add cauliflower chunks to a food processor, filling it about halfway. Work in batches if necessary.

- You can refrigerate the riced cauliflower for one to two days. To freeze, scoop into a freezer bag, spread it out flat, and place in the freezer. It can be stored in the freezer for one to two months.
