Joey's Ultimate Rockin' Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 Avocados (ripe)
• 1 Lime (juiced)
• 1 Tomato (diced)
• 1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 Jalapeño (seeded and minced)
• 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
• 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)

Instructions

1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. 2. Mash the avocado with a fork until you get your desired consistency.
3. 3. Add the lime juice, diced tomato, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and salt to the bowl.
4. 4. Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
