- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Mustard powder

- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Pat the baby back ribs dry with a paper towel and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix the dry rub by combining brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 2.5 hours.
- Prepare the homemade BBQ sauce by combining ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder in a saucepan. Simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap the foil, brush the BBQ sauce on, and broil on high for 5-7 minutes.
