Keema Karahi

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 lbs ground meat
- 1 tablespoon garlic & ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 mixed peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup tomato puree
Instructions
- Heat 8 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 cup of diced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add 2 lbs of ground meat and 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste. Cook until the meat is browned.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 cup of yogurt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add 4 sliced mixed peppers and 1 cup of tomato puree.
- Cover and cook on low heat for another 12 minutes.
- Garnish with ginger slivers and cilantro.
- Serve hot with naan.
