Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat 8 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 cup of diced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add 2 lbs of ground meat and 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste. Cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 cup of yogurt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Add 4 sliced mixed peppers and 1 cup of tomato puree.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat for another 12 minutes.
  8. Garnish with ginger slivers and cilantro.
  9. Serve hot with naan.
