  1. Add ingredients in the order shown in the video and sauté. Finally, add cream and cheese and let it thicken slightly.
  2. Dip the lavash breads in water and remove, then cut them in half.
  3. Place the filling in the center and fold into a triangle shape.
  4. Arrange in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, and top with cheese and parsley.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius with the top and bottom grill on, for approximately 15 minutes until the top is browned. Enjoy!
