Kıymalı Lavaş Sarma
Description: Ground meat wraps made with lavash bread, onions, bell peppers, corn, cream, and cheese, baked until golden brown.
Ingredients
- 3 adet lavaş
- 300 gr kıyma
- 1 soğan
- 1 kapya biber
- 1 kutu mısır
- 100 ml krema
- 1 avuç kaşar rendesi
- 1'er tatlı kaşığı tuz, karabiber, kırmızı toz biber
- Kaşar peyniri
- maydanoz
Instructions
- Add ingredients in the order shown in the video and sauté. Finally, add cream and cheese and let it thicken slightly.
- Dip the lavash breads in water and remove, then cut them in half.
- Place the filling in the center and fold into a triangle shape.
- Arrange in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, and top with cheese and parsley.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius with the top and bottom grill on, for approximately 15 minutes until the top is browned. Enjoy!
